Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for items that are faulty, unsatisfactory or not as advertised. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Items must be kept in un-used, re-sellable condition and email me at hanleygoods@gmail.com or add me on WhatsApp. I will send you the returns address. Return postage cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will include the original postage cost and will be made to the original funding source. Please allow up to 14 days to see the funds.
