I’m based in England, but I deliver globally. Delivery cost will be higher for non-UK orders.
We have plans to stock our products in the USA at some point, so please contact me if this interests you.
Shipping time depends on whether I have stock made up or if I will have to make to order. I always ship within 3 days of ordering, unless otherwise noted (I’ll email you directly).
I endeavour to get all parcels in the post within 1-3 days of the order being received, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be posted Monday or Tuesday.
All UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail First Class post and should be delivered within 48 hours, but usually faster.
International parcels will be sent either by Royal Mail or via courier (tracked) and the shipping times vary. 7-12 days is common.
For UK orders, the prices currently include free shipping. Orders are sent by Royal Mail first class.
For non-UK orders, I charge a varying rate dependent on your country. Please check the rates at checkout.

We accept PayPal and all major credit or debit cards.
We will confirm your order via email and send a note when your order has been processed.
If all is well, your order should be shipped within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
Yes, we accept returns for items that are faulty, unsatisfactory or not as advertised.
Please try to keep items in un-used, re-sellable condition and email me at hanleygoods@gmail.com or add me on WhatsApp. I will send you the returns address.
