I make all items in my workshop in England, and I ship globally.
Check the questions below for shipping and delivery times.
For UK orders, the prices currently include free shipping. Orders are sent by Royal Mail first class.
For non-UK orders, I charge a flat rate dependent on your country, between £8-£12 per shipment. Additional items do not cost extra. Please check the rates by entering your zip code into the cart.

We accept PayPal and all major credit or debit cards.
We will confirm your order via email and send a note when your order has been processed.
If all is well, your order should be shipped within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
Yes, we accept returns for items that are faulty, unsatisfactory or not as advertised.
Please try to keep items in un-used, re-sellable condition and email me at hanleygoods@gmail.com or add me on WhatsApp. I will send you the returns address.
