I make all items in my workshop in England, and I ship globally.

Check the questions below for shipping and delivery times.

If I have the item in stock I will send same day or next working day. If I have to make it up, I will send within 3 working days of order being placed. If there is any delay, I will email you directly.
 
Orders placed over the weekend will be posted Monday or Tuesday.
 
All UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail First Class post and should be delivered within 48 hours, but usually faster.
 
International parcels will be sent either by Royal Mail or via courier (tracked) and the shipping times vary from 7-12 days.
 
All international parcels are tracked, and I will email you a tracking link once it is created.
 
You can stay in touch with me via email or WhatsApp/Signal during the process.

For UK orders, the prices currently include free shipping. Orders are sent by Royal Mail first class.

For non-UK orders, I charge a flat rate dependent on your country, between £8-£12 per shipment. Additional items do not cost extra. Please check the rates by entering your zip code into the cart.

We accept PayPal and all major credit or debit cards.

We will confirm your order via email and send a note when your order has been processed.

If all is well, your order should be shipped within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).

Yes, we accept returns for items that are faulty, unsatisfactory or not as advertised.

Please try to keep items in un-used, re-sellable condition and email me at hanleygoods@gmail.com or add me on WhatsApp. I will send you the returns address.
